AI search optimization services make your business the name AI gives out.

When someone asks ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini who to hire, the answer is one or two names, not a page of links. Most answer engine optimization advice, or AEO, treats that as a technical trick. It is not. AI recommends businesses with real reviews on real profiles, then confirms the pick by reading a site that plainly says what the business does. That is brand management with an SEO backbone. It is what we build.

The Three Things AI Checks Before It Recommends You

We have run the same three levers on every AEO client. The order and emphasis change depending on which one you are missing.

Profiles AI Trusts

  • Google Business Profile, Yelp, Bing Places, Apple Maps
  • Every field filled, every service listed
  • Name, address, and phone identical everywhere

Reviews That Keep Coming

  • In-person ask at the end of every job
  • Reviews spread across platforms, not just Google
  • Detailed reviews that name the service

A Website AI Can Quote

  • One page per service, not one bloated services page
  • Your real process, step by step, with named tools
  • FAQs built from questions customers actually ask

Find Out Who AI Recommends Instead of You

Open a fresh ChatGPT chat and ask for the best business in your category and city. If your name is not in the answer, someone else’s is. Request a free AI visibility audit and we will run the queries your customers run, tell you which of the three levers you are missing, and show you what it would take to close the gap.

Visibility You Can Count

6

AI tools we check

ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews. We ask each one what your customers ask, and write down what it says.

154

Pages built to be cited

So an AI can lift the answer straight off them.

140%

Minimum visibility growth

Every client’s AI impressions are up at least 140% since we started. That’s the worst one.

Why the Order Depends on Where You Start

Every business we have put into AI results needed the same three things, but never in the same order. One client had strong profiles and a steady flow of reviews and a three-page website that said almost nothing about the work. We rebuilt the site, and they were number one on ChatGPT three days after launch. Another started with no Google Business Profile, almost no directory presence, and the same kind of website. The site came first, then the profiles, and nothing moved until reviews started landing on those profiles. The month they did, AI started naming the studio.

What We Learned Running This on Real Businesses

  • The formula always works. The timeline depends on what you are missing.
  • A website rebuild alone gets you on Google, not in ChatGPT.
  • Profiles without reviews on them are listings nobody trusts.
  • Less competitive terms come first, then the bigger ones follow.
  • Tricks like llms.txt and FAQ schema do not move the needle. A good brand does.

Who Should Be Doing This Now

  • Service businesses whose customers ask AI who to hire
  • Companies that rank on Google but never get named by ChatGPT
  • Businesses with good reviews and a website that says nothing
  • Businesses with a good website and almost no reviews
  • Anyone in a category where AI still has few names to choose from

How AEO Is Different From SEO, and How It Is Not

  • Roughly 60 percent of the work is SEO
  • The other 40 percent lives on your profiles and in your reviews
  • Ranking on Google does not guarantee a citation
  • The website is your proof, not your strongest asset

Most of what gets a business into AI answers is still SEO. You need clean service pages, a site that explains the work, and profiles that agree with each other. That is why SEO agencies have a real advantage here. The difference is the rest of it. Answer engines lean on third-party profiles and review signals far more than Google does, which means a large part of the job happens off your website and depends on the business itself doing the work of earning reviews. We build both halves and treat them as one system.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you actually get my business into ChatGPT?

Yes, and we have done it more than once. What we cannot tell you up front is exactly when. A business with strong profiles and reviews that just needs a website can move in days. A business starting from nothing needs the full sequence, and the timeline is set by how fast the reviews come in.

Is this something you do, or is it a theory?

It is something we do. We have run the same playbook on a window cleaning company and a dance studio, with different starting points and different timelines, and both are now named by AI for the queries their customers use.

How long does it take?

Longer than we would like to promise and shorter than most agencies claim. AI search is too new for anyone to give you a clean number. We can tell you which lever you are missing and what has to happen before the answer engines will trust you.

Is AEO just SEO with a new name?

No. About 60 percent of it is SEO, and that part matters. The rest is reviews, profiles, and how the business is perceived, and none of that lives on your website.

How do you track it?

Manually. We run the real queries in fresh sessions across ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and Perplexity and screenshot the results. Every AI visibility tool we have tested reports predictions, not real numbers. Google Search Console’s new generative AI performance view is the first real data source, and we watch it.

Do I need a new website?

Sometimes. If your site says nothing about the actual work, AI has nothing to quote. If it already explains your services well, we leave it alone and fix the other two levers.

Somebody Is the Answer. It Should Be You.

Every day people ask AI who to hire. A free AI visibility audit tells you whose name it gives out.
