The Audit Comes First
Nothing gets touched until you have it in writing: what is wrong, what it is costing you, and what we would do first. Take it to somebody else if you want. It is yours.
The Fixes That Move You Soonest
The work that changes your position fastest goes first, not the work that is easiest to bill for. Usually that means your Google Business Profile and the technical faults holding the site back, before a single word of new content gets written.
One Page a Month, in Plain Language
Where you rank, what moved, and what happens next. No forty-page export of numbers nobody reads and nobody can act on.
Before This I Was Knocking on Doors
Before this I was managing a door-to-door sales team. It is the same work I do now at the worst possible scale: find the people who need what a business sells, and reach them before a competitor does.

What It Is Like to Work With Us
We have five core principles at Levitate SEO and we hold ourselves to them every day. We are building the practice Portland turns to first on Answer Engine Optimization, and that is not somewhere you arrive by cutting corners.
Five Core Principles
- No shortcuts. If a tactic only works while nobody is looking at it, we do not use it.
- Every change is made on purpose and we can tell you why. Nothing here is filler, and no question is a bother.
- If a month was slow, the report says so. You will never have to work out from the numbers whether it went well.
- No twelve-month lock-in to keep you paying through a quarter that went nowhere.
- You own everything. The site, the profiles, the logins, the audit document. If we stop working together you keep all of it.
We Are Probably Not the Right Fit If
- You expect the full result tomorrow. The first movement takes weeks. All of it takes months.
- You will not ask customers for reviews. They are a ranking factor and a sales tool. We cannot write them.
- You cannot make changes to your own website. If the site is locked down, most of the work cannot happen.
- You want SEO to fix something SEO cannot. More traffic will not help if the phone goes unanswered.
- You are choosing on price alone. There is always somebody cheaper. Ask what you are not getting.
